What we collect

Harmon collects only the information necessary to operate your Life OS. This includes financial account data (via Plaid or manual entry), health data (via connected wearables), home automation preferences, calendar data, and documents you upload through the ARIA onboarding process.

How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to power your personal dashboard and ARIA companion. We use it to generate insights, answer your questions, and provide proactive briefings. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data in any way.

Data storage and security

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Financial credentials are handled through Plaid's bank-level security infrastructure and are never stored on our servers. Documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage with access limited to your authenticated session.

What we never do

Data retention and deletion

You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting hello@harmonlife.ai. Upon cancellation, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Backups are purged within 90 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or any form of cross-site tracking.

Changes to this policy

We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of Harmon after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
